Just a thought so will the "flawless raider" trophy be easier to obtain after the TTK update?

I'd imagine taking on level 26 enemies at level 40 or above would make it a breeze. No?

You'd be better off running CE than VoG for an easier shot at flawless. Too many things can go wrong in VoG with six people, and there is no advantage to being over the level of your enemies except using sword on Crota.

While I agree that getting flawless raider from doing CE would be much easier than doing VoG, there definitely is an advantage from being a higher level than the enemies. But that level advantage goes away once you're more than 3 levels above said enemies. That's the general rule of thumb with this game...once you're more than 3 levels higher than them, your defense isn't any better.

Well I guess that would mean you'd have to crush it with the new weapons/subclasses then.

I really curious as to how the whole new sword weapons will change the gameplay.

For defense, that may be so, though I don't recall seeing that defined anywhere. It's logical to assume that the higher defense you have, the more damage you can absorb. For offense, there is no advantage once you are at or above the level of your enemy. That has been explained many times over the last year. At least, that's what I recall reading.

I got a Bad Juju bounty this past weekend after doing IB, never started it. Guess that'll just be a freebie.

You will be able to level up by gaining XP alone

It sounds like since I'm currently 32, I'll be able to rank up from 32 to 34 by XP instead of light in the week between patch and TTK and then pick up frmo 34-40 on the 15th. Nice.

will year one exotic bounties still randomly pop from the bounty bot?? or if you haven't gotten them yet you never will??

I guess the same can be said for any other year one exotics.....will they still drop as end game rewards at all??

queenbreaker's bow

and are just Eris' bounties retiring?? you can still do her missions right?? I haven't run them on my Hunter or Titan. that's what I have planned for the Friday after TTK drops.....I took the day off to catch up all 3 characters to the same spot.
