Now, don't cheat and find a webite or book - name some movie mistakes or errors in logic (plot, story), you've seen.
Obviously, there will be spoilers - so list the movie you are referring to first so people have the option of skipping your post if they have not seen that movie. Transformers I noticed a mistake in Transformers the other night. The end battle - big explosion that damages Bumble Bee - Sam is sitting in the rubble. He gets up and talks to the girl. Next scene - he is sitting in the rubble again with Bumble Bee crawling towards him to hand him the cube. Bad editing in a major film is always funny! ![]() |

That one was intentional, that was done to show the audience that they weren't really talking to someone on the phone. I need to watch that movie again. It seems like it would get more boring every time you watch it, but it actually gets funnier.

Actually, I was watching Grandma's Boy on tv last night and there is a scene where the main programmer guy goes to the naked dealer's house to score some stuff and ask if he can crash there for a night. They have a short conversation and pass a joint after they each say something. Well the last time the naked guy says something, he passes it but as soon as they cut the camera back to the programmer, he is immediately passing it back but he is blowing smoke everywhere and there is no pause in dialogue or anything.
Not really a big one, but I still caught it and chuckled anyways. ![]() |

Oh man, there are tons of mistakes that I've seen, but one comes to mind right now:
If you have Wild Wild West on DVD, go to the chapter where it looks like West and Gordon are about to fight once West finally makes it on the train. Everytime the camera is over West's shoulder, Gordon is getting ready for Kung Fu I guess, and West is standing extremely still. But then when the camera is facing West, he in a fighting stance. It goes back and forth a couple times and it stays the same. |

The final battle scene in the shopping store was filmed in a closed IKEA that is near my house. It's right across the freeway where the mall in Back to the Future is.

They didn't go to LA, they went somewhere else. I don't remember where though.... the marine guy says "take the cube to blah, blah, blah, it's only 20 mins away".

I watched a movie called Danika with Marisa Tomei the other week, and the boom mike was constantly being dropped up and down so you could see it in the movie, not sure if the DVD is like that or not, but it was in the HD broadcast.

Was it presented in matte(1.78:1) on the hd broadcast? If so, then the boom mic is probably not visible on the dvd because the OAR is scope(2.35:1).

LOTR: Fellowship of the Ring
At the end of the movie when Aragorn attacks the big Uruk Hai when he was about to shoot Boromir again with an arrow. The Uruk Hai shoves Aragorn backward, and he slams into a tree and his sword flies out of his hand. Then the camera moves and Aragorn is trying to move away from the tree and the Uruk Hai throws shield and it pins Aragorn to the tree under his chin and his sword flies out of his hand again. Terminator 2 Early in the film the T800 takes an old Winchester lever action shotgun away from the guy at the biker bar. The shotgun's lever is the standard shape and size. While he's riding the Harley and shooting at the same time, the shotgun has a oversized oval-shaped lever so he can spin it to recock it. Then it goes back to the regular shape again. I think it was a bigger mistake that instead of keeping the cube in an unpopulated, defendable area, they thought it was genius to take it to an area full of civilians and fight there.
