Yeah that's gotta be a placeholder, no way they want the stench of New Mutants near this.

Disney be like, “y’all remember The New Mutants, why don’t we just drop the ‘new’ and simply call the film The Mutants?”

Why call the MCU X-men reboot "the Mutants"? why not just call the first movie "The Uncanny X-Men, the second movie "The Astonishing X-Men", and the third movie "The Extraordinary X-Men"?

How about "Mutant Genesis" for the title?

Must be a slow news day. Was this not brought up years ago. When Feige made a comment that the mutants are coming?

The X-Men are not a part of that schedule, but Feige did allude to “mutants” being something that Marvel Studios is working on. From 2019.

Like I said before, the X-Men probably haven't been formed yet.

I know it won't happen but it would be cool to have one movie with the original X-Men in the MCU.

Not sure that works anymore. Since the marvel universe has mutants appearing before the splitting of the atom.

It's too bad there was already a Fox show because The Gifted might have been interesting.

As long as it's not Wolverine and his Amazing Friends.

I'm pissed that they cancelled The Gifted. That show was good. As for Legion, I had to tap out in the middle of the second season. The show is trippy for the sake of being trippy. I literally didn't know WTF was happening. WandaVision is trippy too, but that show has better focus.

So Disney don't want use the title "X-Men" anymore, coz the word "men" is in it?

Frick this!

It’s X-Men. Stan Lee didn’t name it The Mutants. He named it X-Men. Deal with it.
