Not Receiving Email Notifications for Subscribed Threads/ PMs / at all - Page 11 - Blu-ray Forum

I guess this won’t be fixed. I’m pretty sure I haven’t received an email notification since 2021.

I've also not been getting email notifications for PMs for a couple of months. I'm missing a lot of PMs from people who want to buy/trade digital codes. It's very frustrating.

Seems to be hit or miss with me when it comes to email notifications. I have been getting them for PMs which wasn't always the case before.

I know it is not specifically a Gmail issue. My last email from the site was August 9. But a few days ago I switched to a Yahoo email and have gotten 22 emails about subscribed threads and PMs.

I know its a hassle. But its something to consider.

This problem is getting worse for me... Last night I only received 1 subscribed thread email and 2 the night before. Where they were being marked as Spam before, now they are not getting delivered at all

After switching to Yahoo and getting what seemed like every email notification. I switched back to Gmail on 9/3 and have not received any emails.

I would second The Dean....a few weeks ago I had changed over to a Yahoo domain email address, and I have started getting most, if not all, email alerts now. I had posted on this thread at the time.

The actual process to switch over was a pain, and I did prefer using gmail, but I think I will stay with Yahoo for now.

Hey guys! We think we finally know what the problem is with not receiving emails, we need to setup a SPF record for the *blu-ray.com domain. Sorry for taking this long, it hasn't been a big problem until more recently and it wasn't something we were aware of. This should be fixed in the coming days hopefully.

I just received the first email notification for ages again. Still same old gmail address and I didn't change anything.
