Default Not Receiving Email Notifications for Subscribed Threads/ PMs / at all

I went back only 2 pages to see if there was anything about it. What do I do in this situation?

No longer receiving email alerts for when new comments are being posted for my subscribed threads.

I'm not sure what you mean by white flag the website? I don't even know if I can white flag in my email. Abruptly stopped receiving notification emails after Dec 14.

Do you mean whitelist? Coz I can do that but never felt it was necessary because the notifications always came to my inbox and never to the spam folder.

I've never subscribed to thread before. But i just did as a test and I'm getting email notifications. Maybe unsubscribing and subscribe again would fix it?

Then that must not be the issue. Did you try unsubscribing and then resubscribing? I've been getting email notifications all night.

One did go to my Spam folder though.

I'm currently also not receiving PM email notifications anymore. Suspected it the other day already and am sure today. The settings are correct and didn't change.

I did but still not getting them and my spam folder is empty.
This started December 14th suddenly. There must be something wrong with email notifications on the site’s end. It may not be affecting all users but it’s affecting us. I would be grateful if someone from the forum could look into this. I’m missing a lot of deals without notifications

Or some backend service put BR’s SMTP server on a spam/block list — affecting only those users whose email provider subscribes to the villainous service for their SPAM filtering engines.
