Ugh! I spent the last 3 hrs playing this game and I haven't even made it past to the first level. Game is so frustrating.

This might be a silly question but was just wondering if i import asian version of demons souls from play-asia to the UK will the trophies still work? and also is the game in full english including the manual? Thanks.

Trophies are not locked just like the game and if you import the American copy it will have full English and sometimes they include another language on the manual as a bonus like French or Spanish or whatever the other language is manuals sometimes have in America. Asian version not sure myself.

Okay thanks. had planned on getting the American copy but by the time it gets here Uncharted 2 will be out so im considering going for the asian copy....hmm decisions

I have the Korean version and the trophies work fine. I'm also in the UK. The game is in full english but the manaul is not. Don't worry though, begining of the game is the tutorial which will show you how to play the game. And then at the end of the tutorial you fight a boss and you die very quickly. lol.

I got my copy when I was in Korea. I'd be glad you sell you mine. I got too many games piling up (just picked up WET, Ultimate Alliance 2 and NHL) and it doesn't look like I'll be playing this game anytime soon. I played this a week or two ago and took me 6-8 hrs to get pass the first stage and 1 trophy.

Like Beef, it took me a good 5-6 hours to beat 1-1. It took me another 4 or 5 hours to beat 1-2 (and 1-2 is one of the shortest levels in the game).

And some classes/styles are just brutal. The generally agreed easiest class to start is Royalist, but even that is ridiculously hard. FYI Royalist is a Mage, who starts with a very weak mana regen item. You run out of mana very fast in Demon's Souls, so it's a big deal to get any kind of mana regen at all.

I was using the knight when I beat the first stage and by the 2nd stage I was dying pretty quick so I said F*** it and started playing something else. lol.

Only 2 weeks and 1 day before you give up and put it up for trade. lol.

Haha, I don't give up easily though. It may get put on hold after a couple weeks though as Brutal Legend comes out on the 13th and I could easily be angry with Demon's Souls by then

I'll wait till next year till I play this game again unless I trade it off first.

Yes, but after hearing so much accolades from Sacred 2 and then playing it, I was sooooo disappointed that Gamestop had them a new trade-in within 5 days. I was just hoping that this time I get the appropriate recommendations and reviews from my fellow gamers on this upcoming title (in the US that is)
