Pretty hard to say! I'm sure several would change depending on when you asked me, but here goes:

Grievous Angel - Gram Parsons
Guitar Town - Steve Earle
Rubber Soul - Beatles
Revolver - Beatles
Pieces, Aquarius, Capricorn & Jones - Monkees
Bridge Over Troubled Water - Simon & Garfunkel
Sun Sessions - Elvis
Intentional Heartache - Dwight Yokam
Gilded Palace Of Sin - Flying Burrito Brothers
?? (too many possibilities -- so this is a 20 way tie )

For me it depends on the period, but these most always make up my basic listening. In no particular order

Loreena McKennitt- Nights from the Alhambra
Porcupine Tree- Stupid Dream
Pink Floyd- DSotM
Johnny Hiland- Johnny Hiland
Dream Theater- Black Clouds and Silver Linings
The Beatles- 1967-1970 Blue Album
Stevie Ray Vaughan- The Sky is Crying
Deep Purple- Machine Head
J.J. Cale- Naturally
Rush- Moving Pictures
Well, some years later some have stayed, some have dropped.

1 - DSotM - Floyd (there's just no way I can put this any place other than 1st, the quintessential perfect prog album)
2 - The Raven that Refused to Sing - Steven Wilson (What I consider this millennium's lovechild of DSotM, Steven Wilson can do no wrong)
3 - Machine Head - Deep Purple (Talk about kick-ass hard rock )
4 - Fear of a Blank Planet - Porcupine Tree (Another sublime Steven Wilson album)
5 - People, Hell and Angels - Hendrix (If you've heard, you understand)
6 - SRV - The Sky is Crying (This was the hardest to chose, love all SRV )
7 - Harmonium - Si On Avait Besoin d'une Cinquième Saison (I think only John gets this unfortunately)
8 - Tubular Bells - Mike Oldfield (the 2011 SHM-SACD master preferably)
9 - Wish You Were Here - Floyd (Yep 2 Floyd )
10 - Selling England By The Pound - Genesis

This is by no means definitive as many could be listed, but probably closer than was my old list

Edit: Why is this not in the general music section ????
