Tell me about your eccentricities as a movie lover

When I am watching a film that I haven't seen before at home I prefer to see it alone.

I make sure that I go to the bathroom before I even load the dvd/blu ray in the player. And I don't skip the trailers or ads. I also sit through all of the credits.

Also it must be dark and I don't eat while watching. And if I have to use the bathroom I hold it until the film is over.

You guys know about 24. Well I used to do a "24-a-thon"

(1) Invite friends over to your house
(2) Commence episode 1 of 24 at the synchronous clock time of episode 1 (e.g. 8am)
(3) Watch each of the 24 episodes on the top of the hour, in synchronicity with the clock time in 24
(4) Take 12 minute breaks each episode (each 24 episode is 48 minutes) - visit restroom, smoke break, etc.
(5) After 12 episodes, take a group jog around the block to really stretch the body out and prevent mental fatigue
(6) Finish the season in 24 hours = 24 episodes
(7) By doing this you have experienced the same exact 24 hour time scale as Jack Bauer
