Has anyone else had their Return of Skywalker order messed up by Zoom?
I ordered 3 copies in total - one of each slip and the 3D edition. Today I've received the 3D edition and 1 copy of the standard with no slip. The packing slip only has two BDs listed on there, despite the fact my online order clearly has 3 items on it. They've mucked up another of my orders in the past but had been okay since, think I've learnt my lesson about using them again. |

I’m still waiting on my order that was despatched last Tuesday, so that’s a whole week now. I’ve already received an item yesterday from eBay, that was despatched 2nd class last Thursday. How that arrived before my Zoom 1st class order, I don’t know. Everything’s a bit mixed up right now.

Think some of this is delays in Royal Mail collecting the post from companies whereas pillar boxes still seem to be emptied daily.
Given virtually all our office is now WFH there’s only a handful of people left working there, we are now only operating our mail room Monday, Wednesday and Friday and that’s only with 1 person so the other two are furloughed. This means any post in or out on a Tuesday or Thursday is delayed a day. Also they are only accepting Royal Mail deliveries as that’s around 8am and they collect at 4pm. They are declining all other courier deliveries so the only other mail is the company who do our inter office internal mail. |

Ordered 4 items on the 9th. Received one today in a cardboard mailer which I was surprised at but with no slip or sign of the others
Before I received item today, I was looking into their faq and when to contact. I ordered stuff from HMV last Tues and had it on Friday in a solid cardboard mailer and no damage |

I'm from Germany and I'm also still waiting for an order but posting about it here won't change anything. Due to Corona delivery will take a lot longer than usual right now. I would say everything up to 4 or 5 weeks is normal right now. Just be patient. I would bet that all of your orders will arrive at some point in the next weeks.

Heart of Dragon finally arrived today, shipped Friday.
Was in their new style crappy plastic bag ! At least was undamaged and the slipcase is mint as 88 Films wrap over the slipcase rather than just the plastic case, so it could not slip in the post and get dinged. That's the final straw with Zoom. Cancelled all pre-orders except. Doctor Who S14 as it's impossible to order elsewhere Armour of God 2 which is sold out on HMV and I don't trust Amazon to get as they won't give me an expected delivery date, which going on recent pre-orders with them means I will shafted as they will say can't get. I guess myself and a few others here are too small a group to impact Zoom's sales as the general public probably don't care about packaging used for the post and if their case if dinged can't be bothered. But to hear they are using plastic bags for steelbooks is plain dumb. |

As I posted earlier Zoom don't give you a tracking number, but it is scanned by the post person as they put through your letter box to confirm back to the retailer it has delivered. So you can't scam a non delivery. I know this also applies to HMV deliveries.

However seems hit and miss if a single item comes in plastic bag or card mailer. Also remember they ship as titles come available, so the items must both be in stock or released on same date to ship together. |

Seems not, ordered 3 in stock items in one order, all sent in individual plastic bags, all arrived with damaged covers on different days. E-mailed them Monday about returning them, no reply apart from the automated one.
