Trailer just came out and posts are already being deleted and accounts banned.
Still not sure why this is not being released on 2/2/2024.

I liked the trailer and I'm looking forward to seeing this on opening night. I know I'm in the minority on this, but I like the Sony spinoff movies. At least they're taking chances. However, at some point (hopefully soon), Sony has to bring Spider-man into this universe, whether it's Tom Holland or another actor.

Miles is more than likely be Sony's live action Spider-man to match the game and animated.

It would be very cool to see Miles Morales in this universe, but didn't they already tease Tom Holland. Then again, I'm not sure how much longer he wants to play the role.

Yeah that tease is easy to ignore. With the game going full in on Miles it makes sense. That way you can easily explain why, Spiderman was not the originator of the other characters.

I don't know, this looks better than Morbin Time and Kraven the Hunter. Got a Dead Zone vibe from the premonitions, but I doubt Dakota Johnson is going to yell "The ICE is gonna BREAK!"

I think most of the Sony Spider-Man spin-off movies are actually better than a lot of comic book crap the heavies are doing. The budgets are where they need to be and they feel/look like the movies that used to come out. And were good.

So the news is that the MCU and SSU are gonna be merged by Spider-Man 4.

Which lends credence to the rumors this is gonna be set in the MCU and involved Tom's Peter.

I want the Sonyverse to be completely separate from the MCU. It's actually refreshing again to have these superhero movies that look and feel different again and isn't some bloated, over produced MCU/Disney borefest. And either bring back Andrew Garfield, or do another re-cast; no Tom Holland please....
