It was. Some of them just want to watch the 4K disc, same as flat-earthers in the West.

They are but that's not the fault of the Japanese, it's because Disney in the rest of the world doesn't give a s*** about you, me or anyone who buys 3D Blu-rays.

Actually my wife is Japanese and my kid is going to high school in Japan. My wife goes back a few times a year and my daughter will come back in Dec. I just have them bring back my orders, so no shipping worries, just a sight delay when I get them. Bummer is I'm actually going to Japan myself in Sep and just missing the release date.

found a reseller and paid about the same i would've paid for the steelbook direct from amazon including shipping if that were still possible, besides the tariffs being tacked on, they better not try to charge me again on delivery. since it wont ship til next month i hope i get a partial refund in the event the courts here and the rest of the world wake up and realize none of this tariff bs*has been ratified or actually signed into law.
