Mine was also shipped in a slightly gray-ish bag, no bubblewrap or anything. Like the bags Best Buy used to ship steelbooks in. This is the first I've gotten shipped from MZ where it wasn't a bubble mailer though.

It did come with a slipcover. The bottom corners are kind of smushed in and the top and bottom kind of bend inward a tiny bit where the case slides out during shipping but honestly it's no worse than something I'd get from legitimately any store not using a box. I've gotten worse.

It is, it usually ships from Aurora, but Addison is only an hour-ish away apparently so maybe they've changed something. If it's shipped from either, it's being sold by Amazon but shipping directly from Allied Vaugh/MovieZyng but they don't say the other company on the tracking or the packaging. I've had a couple other Amazon orders of MOD titles ship from directly from them.

Wish I'd seen that before I placed my order there, after Movies Unlimited screwed around with my original order so it's now cancelled *and* on backorder till August at all Alliance sites (including Deep Discount & WOW HD); Looney Tunes Platinum Collection Vol. 1 was in the mix as well, and it appears to be permanently OOS at Amazon & some other places.

Still, good lesson to remember even if it once was possibly my own advice: If you wanna make sure you get an MOD title -- *and* have the best chance at a slipcover, especially since Allied Vaughn is now shipping slips to folks who were shorted elsewhere -- better go straight to the horse's mouth & get it from AV / MovieZyng.

I did notice the eBay listings from Rarewaves USA. A bit pricier than MovieZyng, but they also ship from Illinois; wonder if they're essentially a doppelganger for AV in this case as well, here more for the benefit of Rarewaves' usual UK customers than Americans who can more easily order from MovieZyng, Amazon US, etc.

I have requested a slip despite being the UK, hopefully they will say yes. Also asked if they are planning on releasing it in the UK as well.

On the plus side, if they do send the slip and even for those in the US who will get it anyway, having it sent separately may mean they put it in a cardboard backed envelope and it ends up being in better condition than if it was sitting around the case through the post.
