I'm in the west coast US.

Mine arrived yesterday the 7th.

Was shipped on Jan. 5th from New Jersey... that arrived quickly.

I've waited over 3 weeks from the despatch date given to me by samsung. Website contact form still not working, and no answer from the telephone number provided. Samsung uk customer services is based overseas, and seems to be manned by a bunch of totally clueless idiots. Unfortunately, these are the same clueless idiots who deal with calls if your tv or bluray equipment develops a fault. Since they can't even sort out a missing dvd, theres little hope of any help with something major!! I'm beginning to wonder how a company like this ever managed to produce a black & white crt tv, let alone a 3d one!!

Dunno if this helps anyone, but I just got my kit and I'm in Canada and there was no rebate disc, the collection came complete, 4th disc and all.

oh my god.. now the question is, how can you tell by the packaging if it comes with rebate cupon or the disc? :P

Yea, no clue. The front of the box showed just tyree discs, but when I opened it the fourth disc was already inside!

Edit: when I look at the back of the box the picture of the Shrek set shows 4 discs, not sure if the others show only 3

This likely just means that enough time has now passed since the desired release date last month and now for Forever After 3D BD production to catch up and be included in the box instead of via the mail-in rebate.

That is what I'm talking about. So 4 discs instead of 3. Doesn't say much, just says Shrek complete collection. I'm thrilled I don't have to worry bout the rebate!

Finally received my 4th disc last night (was shipped on the 20th Dec) - over all very good with great depth like the other 3 films but was a little disappointed it wasn't full screen and didn't really have any pop-out scenes considering it was actually made for a 3D release.

At least my collection is finally complete

I got ripped of on ebay which stated full 4 disk set, now have to but 4th disk sepperate.

My 4th disc was posted on the 4th of Jan and it arrived today, so i think i may have been lucky compared to some of the other folk on here.

hi guys,

have this set coming this week.. is there an option like the Avatar 3d disc to also watch the movies in 2d? I'd like the kids to be able to watch the discs in 2d..

Not sure but you always can set up at your TV to display 2D only... or also probably in the player.

The movies play in 2D as well, Thats how I first watched them while waiting on my TV

but if i put them in my 3d blu-ray player connected to my 3d tv... does the disc menu ask you if you want 3d.. or just play 3d based on the fact 3d equipment is connected?
