Thanks Wabo. Nice Kramer-Turkey.

This was my second haul:

$3.99

$7.99

$9.99 each

The Triple Features each come with three seperate discs that are exactly the same as the stand alone versions, but in a three disc case.

All together, I spent $43.57 (tax included) for 10 blu-rays, so that's an average of $4.36 each!
Awesomtastic!
[Show spoiler]Exept for the waiting part.

Evening Tommy.

I'm glad I got some items from my short-list, but I'm really glad it's over. Now I can just spend Black Friday relaxing, eating leftovers, and watching my new movies.

What are you up to?

I would rather have each movie in it's own seperate case, but for $3.33 per movie, it was too good a deal to pass up. The two movies that I really wanted were The Shining and Watchmen, but I like all of the other ones too, and at $9.99 a set, it was cheaper than just buying the one movie I wanted.

Good morning Joe. I did go back to bed last night but still got up at 6:30. The wife got up at 5:30. She and the dog Shelby have the hardest time with the time change crap. Which movie that you got last night are you planning on watching?

I went to sleep at 5 and woke up at 1.

This is a complete list of movies that I haven't watched since I rebought them. Every single one is a repurchase:
-------------------------------------
Indiana Jones & the Crystal Skull
Kill Bill vol.1
Kill Bill vol.2
Shoot 'Em Up
300
Hellboy II
District 9
The Fifth Element
Iron Man
Iron Man 2
The Matrix
Super 8
V for Vendetta
Watchmen
Constantine
2001
A Clockwork Orange
The Shining
-------------------------------------
The ones in blue are some of my top choices, but I'm still not sure. I may try to watch two or three of them tonight.

No drinking for me today. I'm just going to be eating, lying on the couch, and watching movies. Also, after splurging on BD's last night, money's going to be tight for the next few days.

I just got an offer for my JVC for 695$. It's not much but then again it's 5 years old and very close too having a dead lamp also.

I might just take the cash and start saving up for a later model jvc.

Just keep buying a new projector once a year, and you'll never have to replace the lamp.

I'm telling you man, get this one: http://procision.jvc.com/product.jsp...Id=140&page=10

It can be had for a meager $10,000.00 ~ $12,000.00.

Im thinking of going with either the X3 or X30. They both have expectational blacks and can be had used for around the 2000$-3000$ mark. Then i'll be in the game once again.

You need to move The Fifth Element to the top of the list. One of my favorite movies.

Me too , but I've seen it many, many times. I'm out to go watch a few movies. I think I might start with Watchmen.

The x30 should have better 3d over the one year older x3 (although both have pretty bad 3d lol) but i don't use 3d so don't care about that. 2d performance should be about the same and if i keep my duo video processor the picture should be stellar.

I ended up watching Watchmen, Super 8, The Shining, and some of the bonus features on The Shining tonight. All together, almost nine hours straight. I think that's the longest I've ever had my projector turned on for, except when I first got Game of Thrones season 1 and watched all ten episodes(~10 hrs) in one sitting.

Have you seen any of the other copies? Wondering how the Optimum version compares.
