I've only seen 6 movies this year. The sixth one was Iron Man 2. I absolutely loved the first one, but the more I think about it, the less I liked the second one. Probably a B-/C+ type. Just wasn't as fun as the first. Still want to watch Despicable Me and Toy Story 3 before it leaves theaters.

I'm a new member here and this is my first post here. Anyways, here are my top films of the year so far:

1. Inception (a complete masterpiece- everything has been said before)
2. The Secret in Their Eyes (a fantastic mystery-thriller with a heart)
3. A Prophet (A fantastic crime film worthy of comparisons to The Godfather)
4. Toy Story 3 (You cannot not like this movie!)
5. Mother (An exciting follow up to The Host, though it is completely different)

I'm a huge Edgar Wright fan so I think that Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World will soon be on this list.

I also loved Exit Through the Gift Shop, North Face, Kick-Ass and The Ghost Writer.

Naw man I already had Brooklyn's Finest ahead of Dear John although they both got 4 stars. Have u seen Dear John? Its pretty good man if u see it without prejudging it. Got Em!!

Honestly I thought it was beyond boring and Sparks' worst adaptation film to date, traded it the day I got it.
