I just finished watching this movie and I have to say it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! I mean everytime someone started singing, I started singing and dancing in my own room lol. All in all I have to say this was a successful blind buy.

I have the blu ray in now. Looking at some videos and great audio and picture. I like how they have all the musical numbers on the features so you can watch them by themselves.

So I'm a little confused; are there any US exclusive editions of this, or just the sparkly purple case in the UK?

i was dancing and singing right along as well. loved the remixes and montages in the score! rocked the whiskey many a night and that place hasn't changed a bit! oh the memories!

Why would it not arrive intact? its just a regular blu case with purple coloring, not like its a bulky box to get damaged in shipping.

I never take anything for granted while in transit. Especially international shipments.
I agree, Amazon(for me) has been near flawless with all their shipments to me...all the same, I'll rest easier once it's safely in my hands!
