Apparently Grace Randolph loved the movie. Not that that will influence anyone.

I think she has good taste, especially in comic book movies. But from the videos I've seen she's apt to throw around that "best ever" phrase pretty liberally. I'm pretty sure she called Spy one of the best movies ever.

It may not be one of the best ever, but I thought Spy was pretty great. It was nice to see Melissa McCarthy in a film where she wasn't playing a fat, obnoxious slob.

Oh God, that's a bad sign. I hate that chick and almost always disagree with her.

Just by that sentence alone, her taste is questionable because Spy might be one of the absolute worst "comedies" I've ever seen and one of the few movies that I walked out on.
BTW, she also gave that Ghostbusters remake and Maleficent good reviews and those movies were just as bad.

...and let's not forget the complete loss of all cred for her opinions on any comic book movie when she was lobbying for Fox to make Deadpool PG-13 because little kids couldn't see it

I just came from the fan screening in Orlando and I thought it was great! The story is good and not overplotted, Chris Pine is very charming and Gal Gadot is great as Diana, the lasso is badass, there's just the right amount of humor, the action is good (though I wish there were a little more of it), the speed up-slow down style of shooting the action didn't bother me nearly as much as I thought it might. There are things that can be nitpicked of course, but I won't go into spoilers. I think some might find the middle section a bit slow but it does do a good job of developing characters you like and care about.

I do think it's missing something of a "wow" factor that I can't quite put my finger on yet, but it is definitely a win for the DCEU and highly enjoyable.

Hey I was there too. Def agree for the most part. My biggest complaint would be the villains and the 4th act. Gadot and Pine were great together.

Loved it. 2nd best in the dceu behind man of steel. Chris Pine and Gal Gadot were both fantastic. A couple minor complaints but nothing that detracted from the movie in any major way for me.

How was Elena Anaya as Doctor Poison?

Good amount of screentime?

Really ended up loving the film, there were a few things I didn't like but nothing major. . I was surprised I enjoyed the comedy which was the thing I was worried about the most. I'm not sure why, but I couldn't stand Chris Pines secretary from the trailers
[Show spoiler]so glad she didn't have that much screen time
. The action was good, but I do wish there had been a bit more. Wonder Woman is now my second favorite DCEU film, MOS being first of course. Definitely watching it again next week!

I haven't seen WW yet obviously but Man of Steel is awesome indeed, second best Superman film after Superman II IMO.

The moment she started a petition to make deadpool pg13 her opinion became invalid

WONDER WOMAN is legit people. It's going to take a second viewing to see where it lands on the all time list of the genre and all time list of origin films in the genre but make no mistake about it, Patty Jenkins did the Lord's work with this film, with help from the now iconic Gal Gadot.

Purchase tickets with confidence.

I'm kidding. I hope this film does something to positively affect public opinion of DC's output.

It SHOULD but then again, I thought people would love BvS and that didn't happen. If this doesn't do it, nothing will in my opinion.
