Sorry to hear about this. We have had some instances of packages being delayed around this time of year but eventually show up. You can contact us direct and we will look into it further. Have not any any totally lost packages at all through the holidays so hopefully this one will turn up soon as well.

It finally turned up at 6:40 last night. I'm going to raise a stink with the USPS about another missing package and hopefully get them to crack the whip. In many cases it's just a matter of a carrier being too lazy to get out of his truck.
