I really would like Mirror, Mirror (1990) on Blu-ray. I remember watching it throughout the 90s on satellite TV and being creeped out by it. Kristin Dattilo (as Nikki Chandler) was quite the hottie back then and I always found it amusing that the lead girl, playing Megan, is named Rainbow Harvest. I wonder what ever happened to her?

I'm looking forward to DF putting it out as well. I don't know if the store issues will push it back from this coming summer but I'll buy it whenever it comes out. Though, after watching the live feed, I wonder how much it would cost them to get the videos on III and IV and then do a set of the two blus with the two SD films as special features, since they aren't available in high def.

IMDB says she married actor Kevin Wixted, after meeting on 21 Jump Street. She got a BA and a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behaviour from Benedictine University. She moved to Chicago in 2005 and has worked for the Otis Elevator Company since 2003. I don't know what, if any, of that is true.

Also, I can't understand half of what he says from the new costume. I hope Bill is feeling well enough to use the banana again soon.

Here's a bump up. Swinging Barmaids, the one DF has been talking about for weeks, which I can't afford to buy right now, is up at the new/temporary Code Red store, link available in the Code Red board. Raven Dance is not yet up again but will be eventually.

As to MM I, I ask of D, is this still scheduled for Summer 2019, or is it looking like it will have to be pushed back? Also, has there been any discussion of a DVD only release of MM 3 and MM 4, given that they have no HD quality masters? One last also, will you and Bill eventually be joining stores? Can't wait to see what you do with the new store, this weekend apparently. Thank you.

Some folks, like me, choose to not avail ourselves of Facebook. Will this new "store" only be accessible via Facebook? That would prevent me from buying their product.

I'm very glad that I bought SWINGING BARMAIDS as soon as it was announced on the "old" Dark Force site.

Pretty disappointed that I have yet to receive Swinging Barmaids from my 12/7 order.

I've never ever had a dark force, or code red problem. All of my Dark Force orders came within a few days. I'm getting the pre-shipment nonsense when I put in the tracking. When I asked about it, I was told, with the holidays things are taking longer.

Dark Force has faster than Amazon shipping, but in this case, not so.
I ordered things from Deep Discount and Amazon this week and they all came this weekend.

I'm not usually one to complain. I'm just surprised since I never had this problem from the Dark Force when I ordered from them before.

I'm really disappointed that they have so much time to make posts and get a new store up but not to ship out my movie. It shouldn't matter since I ordered it right before the big cartel issue. I paid for it, it should still come.
Dave told me when I asked about it that he'd look into it and I never heard anything back.
I was really excited to order Steel Arena when it comes up on their new store. Well I will wait until I get this order first.

I hate facebook and don't use it for anything but movies. I keep the DF and CR and Distribpix and a couple of other links in my favorites on my browser and I check every week or so, to see what is being announced. That's how I new to pick up my copy of about a third of the films I own from those guys. It can be very useful.

As to the store, it will have its own web address.

Since you posted in both threads, I am replying in both, so you'll have a better chance of seeing this and not worrying....

In spite of how his persona might make him seem, he's the same as the rest of us, generally a good person. Most people don't like to lie and avoid it if they can. If he hasn't gotten back to you, he most likely realized the order was still sitting there, which means you can expect it within a week.

No news is typically good news with film vendors. I had a Screenarchives order about a year ago now that had that same, infant stage, shipping freeze, for about two weeks. I contacted them about it and got the same, "We'll look into it and get back to you" type of response. I heard nothing back so, two days later, I contacted again, stating clearly, we're all only human and I'm fine if it is just sitting there waiting to be mailed, I just want to be sure that everything is okay and I don't mind waiting a bit as long as everything is okay and there's nothing I've done wrong. I then received a lovely apology email with an honest explanation and replied that this is the kind of thing I do all the time and all is, of course, forgiven.

Point is, as long as your order went through and your payment cleared, he'll get it out to you. He is responsible that way. Sorry you're having to wait. I'm looking forward to that film too.

It's so sad. I'm looking forward to this, more than dinner afterwards. Maybe because I'll watch it alone, probably right after it finishes, maybe because it doesn't involve any work on my part. Christmas fun.

Thanks for your support miribeau MIRROR MIRROR one is being worked on now and hopefully will be ready for release in early 2019. There is a possibility we will do something with MIRROR 3 & 4 as well. BARMAIDS and RAVEN DANCE are selling extremely well. The new Superstore will be going live finally tomorrow late afternoon from Los Angeles.

Your movie was shipped out the same day you ordered it. Bunch of orders have been a little slower than usual due to the holiday mail but as miribeau said they all have eventually shown up. You have absolutely nothing to worry about. If it doesn't show up this week we'll send you a replacement. Thankfully the holiday mail rush is over just in time for the launch of the new Superstore.

The mail rush is over but incompetence, laziness and ineptitude on the part of the USPS is still with us. I'd advise people waiting for orders to give it a little extra time to accommodate Postal screwups. A lot of mail is being bounced around to out of the way facilities before making their way to their final destination. I speak from experience
