If New York is getting theirs we Canucks should be getting them soon. Hopefully tomorrow. I sent mine Aug 9th and I'm in Toronto Ontario.

just got my replacement disc after having just talked to them on Thursday and today is Monday. Guess it helps that I only live about 30 miles from the place I had to send my old one too. Will watch it tonight.

New version looks amazing!

The old version (see disc 2) has a more flat finish and is a lighter grey. The new version (see disc 1) has a ever so slightly darker grey and has a more glossy look to it. Look at them in some good light and it is easy to see the difference.

I am surprised,... I sent an email weeks back, nothing, sent a new email last week, and they actually CALLED ME back. Gave them all the info today, hopefully I will see the new disk next week!!! Cant wait

That's annoying. I've had that same experience as well. There's an online dvd store (15 minutes away from where I live) that I order from and I know where the company is, but they won't allow pickups from their office. So if I see something that I want, I have to wait at least a week before receiving it.

I live in Alabama and mine came via FedEx today. I don't remember exactly when I shipped it out, but it couldn't have been more than 3 weeks ago. The picture quality on the new disc is fantastic. Very film-like.

I still haven't received mine as well...it's been at least 3 weeks and i'm out here in Cali...maybe i'm better off calling them?

I live in California, sent mine off July 31, and I still haven't gotten my replacement either. I called Paramount earlier today and all they did was take down my info and informed me that they'll be getting back to me in "48 hours".

They haven't shipped mine off yet, this according to Fed Ex when I called them right after calling Paramount.

Hopefully they'll ship out a new batch this week.

Are you sure you sent it to the right address? (There were a few posts regarding bad zips and/or bad po boxes early on...) Just a thought...

Fed Ex delivered today as hoped. Now I can finally watch Gladiator on Blu as it was supposed to be seen.

I HAVE been reading the whole thread, but must have missed this if previously discussed.

Is FedEx gatting signatures, or just popping it into your mailboxes?
