I am temped to wait to buy this simply because the first season is around $50-60 now here in Canada so i could save a ton but the extended episode and interviews are kind of screwing that up. maybe i will wait when it comes to season 3-7 but this one is already on preorder. what is really going to tick me off is when the whole set comes out for $350 or less. been buying Twilight Zone a season at a time and only have the last 2 to go but they are expensive here - new are usually $80+ and the cheapest i have bought for are still around $50. saw that amazon now has the series set for under $200 . Should be a law against releasing the entire series cheaper than the combined total of the individual ones, especially when all the do is take the individual ones and just shrinkwrap them together.

Is it ever going to be $59.99 like the first season?

Wouldn't see why not. The price won't likely drop to around that until the ads are leaked for that week.

Since this has the footage from the Con here in Calgary, it's a day 1 purchase for me. Spiner was great, he cracked me up when I went to get his autograph.

It doesn't have footage from the Calgary Con. The reunion was filmed for this release.

Are there any episodes on this set that feature upconverted SD footage like there was in Season 1?

All the live-action footage for this season was found, including the extra 13 minutes of footage for the extended cut of "The Measure of a Man."

I know that, but apparently the reunion was filmed here when they were all together.

It seems like it for parts of it, but it's still a no-brainer purchase in my opinion.
