If you live in the US, there's really no reason you can't just buy it at B&N during their bi-annual sale for $65. I mean, it's coming out the same time the sale usually hits.

That's why I think the price on Amazon will go down to $61 approx.

One thing I would really like to see (but I don't think we will) would be era-specific Golden harvest logo and even concords for the way of the dragon

So, I own the Shout Select blu-rays (which feature the new 4K remasters with the right color timing, not the Fortune Star yellow-tinted), and the 40th anniversary edition of Enter The Dragon.

Will this boxset include "new" remasters or the same ones?

I'll hang on to ETD for the Warrior's Journey doc (doesn't seem to be included in the Criterion set) and for the killer original poster art.
Same as all the previous ones were shit (this still may be yet)

Don't forget Criterion sent out 10.00 vouchers as well at the beginning of the month as well. Also when does Criterion charge your CC for pre-orders?

The only new remaster is the 2K restoration of the theatrical cut of Enter the Dragon. The rest are the same as before.

I'm a bit surprised that nobody ever seems to mention the weird picture glitch on the Fist of Fury SF Select disc. Am I the only one that noticed it?

At 19:18 at the very beginning of the mass brawl (when the first 2 students in white attack), you'll notice the picture 'jumps'. If you frame advance, you'll see the reason for the 'jump' is because SF seem to have skipped a couple of frames that used the old colour timing. So the picture appears to 'jump' as the colour is in sharp contrast to the colour in the rest of the scene. Comparing it to the SF Legacy set, the Legacy set of course doesn't have this problem as it uses the same colour throughout.

Sticks out like a sore thumb every time I watch that scene on the select disc. Hopefully Criterion will at least will fix this picture glitch.

I can't believe we're FINALLY getting a HD release of Enter the Dragon's theatrical cut, and the original mono mix to boot!

Bravo Criterion... Bravo.

The redux is the 39 minutes of footage redited and rescored by Alan Cavan. I'm sure it will be in HD.

Do you know if any import fees will be required ordering from WowHd? ImportCD specifically mentions them but nothing on WowHd?

Well... I've never seen the uncut "theatrical" ETD so might get this set for that.

There a few changes. There even was a music cue imitted from the extended one

And the theatrical is missing the cue for williams vs the racist cops

On a side not, I highly doubt it but I wish criterion can replace most of johns littles voice

I wonder if Bruce Lee was aware of this being cut?
