The opening scenes for Reservoir Dogs and Fear And Loathing in Las Vegas will always hold a special place in my heart.

Of course, the plane sex scene at the beginning of Dr. Strangelove is also pretty hysterical.

Wrath of Khan - looks like you are on the Enterprise with some new, young captian who gets her ass kicked by the klingons.

ultimate opening scene - Star Trek First Contact. pulling out from Picard's eye so you see his face, him in the cube and it just keeps going until you can't even see him anymore. makes a huge impact.
