She said they will be quite busy that day, getting them all shipped.

She also told me that an estimated delivery would be 5 days, from Mass. to New York. If you live farther away, it will probably longer. People that live in the state will probably get it on release date, lucky jerks
WB Shop blows. I ordered from them once, suffice to say I will never order from them again.

What was wrong with your shipment? I ordered from them before, the item was wrapped well and came quickly.

WB doesn't region lock their discs.

German age rating symbols are even worse than the ones in the UK, but often there are reversible covers or on boxes the symbols are removable.

Ordered the FT13 box set, was in stock, then backordered for like 3 weeks and came dented and busted up, returned it immediately.

Before I switched to UK versions I bought a lot of Doctor Who DVDs on wbshop and they always came quickly and perfectly packaged. They have a lot of good sales, too.

I hope that doesn't happen to me.

I ordered the Mattel Batmobile (avoid, poor build quality) and it was packaged better than any Amazon order I ever received. It had a ton of wrap to prevent denting in shipment. The only store I've seen with better packaging is RightStuf. I was impressed with how well wbshop packaged it for shipment.

Never had a problem with packaging from wbshop. I actually order more from them than any other place besides bestbuy.com. I did get a LOTR set from wbshop.com that was missing a disc. Sent an email and they sent out a replacement the same day.

What I saw on batmanondvd.com that I will miss on the blu-ray is the Batrarities! The Batgirl pilot. Not sure why they removed it on the bonus disc.

No, it's still listed from what I can see.

I am toying with the idea of cancelling my WB Shop preorder. I am concerned that with black Friday right around the corner that there will be a fantastic and cheaper deal just ahead.

Wait, this set does include the Batgirl pilot? Closer to the announcement of specs, etc. that didn't appear to be the case. Forgive me, I haven't been frequenting this thread very often for awhile now, I wasn't sure if it was added at some point to the extras.

I cancelled my Amazon.ca and .com pre-orders and pre-ordered it through BestBuy.ca for $199.99, as I have some BB gift cards and I can get some Reward Zone points. Almost immediately afterwards, I got an e-mail from Amazon.ca advertising it at $149.00. After hitting the roof, I realized they were referring to the DVD.

It's probably too new of a release to get a BF deal.

Yeah. I would guess they have an unspoken limited time to sell these, and they're going to want to get full price for as long as they can.
