I just received it two days ago on the cheap so I think it's just OOS. I knew this problem was coming.

PAYCHECK was first printed by Paramount. WB had a broad license taking over most/all of the distribution of Paramount titles, so the Paramount versions went out of print and were replaced by identical pressings from WB. Now the WB one is out of print too. I don't know how many of the Paramount/WB titles this applies to, but I bet it's a lot.

It's all of them really, but Paramount are slowly printing more themselves. There's a thread about it, they have dozens scheduled for the Fall. I don't think Paycheck is on the list yet though. Some might fall through the cracks and never be reprinted.
