Anyone else notice the price on both of these dropped by $5 today at Amazon.com? Amazon.com customer service really doesn't want to refund me the $5, but... they should, right?

They should refund automatically in the next few days since today is release day. Don't bother CS until later.

They must be confusing their recent policy change of no longer providing refunds for post-purchase price drops with their still valid Pre-Order Price Guarantee. Like Patsfan123 said, wait a couple days and they should automatically credit your account. If they don't, contact them again and mention it is covered under their guarantee.

My location had the 4K cardboard display right at the front of the store, but it only had 3 titles per row, so they had the Ghostbusters movies in the "new release" stand.

Went into Best Buy to price match Ghostbusters II for $8.99 at Target. Cashier somehow confused that price for the first film, too!

Total for both: $19.06
Total savings: $42.00

SO glad I decided to stop there!

Thanks to all you lovely people, I decided to turn off my TV and take a train ride to a nearby Best Buy that had a bunch of these in stock. Took a couple minutes of convincing but they gave me the $8.99 deal. Wasn't planning on buying this, but couldn't pass on the price!
