I don't mind the book packaging, but I'm not a big fan of the cover. It overshadows the logo.

It'd definitely look better if it was just the classic logo on a black background (ala the UK BD set that's out next month), but I like it regardless. Although I can't help but giggle at the T-Rex's expression. It's like she's just turned around and noticed a fellow dinosaur checking out her ass, and she's not happy.

It is, but it almost ruins the movie for me.

because it's goofy beyond words that a set of pipes laid out exactly like uneven bars happen to be in that shed

Just need the UK to get a release. Only after the first film myself.

Any word on possible individual releases? Not a fan of those digipacks since they're scratch magnets with the way they place the discs like that. Didn't The Mummy Trilogy also get this kind of digipack release first, with the individual releases coming out later down the road?

Listen....

Hardback is here to defend every outrageous moment in any movie you can imagine. That's what he does here.

Call him the blu-ray.com lawyer. From Leia Poppins to Jurassic Retton, he'll defend your movie till the end!

Boxset when Fallen Kingdom hits theaters, individual releases when Fallen Kingdom hits home video.

Maybe.

Very likely. The same thing happened when The Mummy (2017) hit Blu-Ray.

I try not to let minor inconsequential things bother me, okay?

Yup. When Universal did the Mummy they released the Mummy trilogy in May (5/16) just before the Tom Cruise movie hit theaters (6/9) and released the three movies separately on the same day that the Cruise movie was released on disc (9/12). I would be stunned if they aren't pulling the same trick here.

definitely waiting for the individual release of the first one, and maybe Jurassic World.

adding Jurassic World to this set made it an incomplete collections

But it bothers you when other people let minor inconsequential things bother them, amiright or amiright?

I love slip cases so I'm going for it. If you don't dig the digibook design you can always swap the 4k discs out and put them in your existing bluray cases and voila....you get the best of both (Jurassic) worlds.

I'm still holding out hope for this:
