No never had a issue with them before the new site and after the new site came along I just simply use PayPal. It's quicker and easier and they charge your pre order right way instead of having to wait months when rightstuf finally charges.

FYI United Publications customers - I contacted UP1USA re Viz Media's Sailor Moon R part 2 DVD/BD Combo pack disc issue - below is there response. Seems as though they are on top of things!

I'm trying g to call for the replacements and I got thru but the dam lady pretended she could get hear me and hung up. I'm trying to call ball and now I'm getting the busy signal.

Update: I was able to place my order. I can confirm if you have the blu ray they will send you both the dvd and blu ray.

Did you yell at them the first time? Why would they pretend the ant hear you and hang up? I called earlier and got my replacement order with no problem.

She did the same thing to me. I thought my phone messed up but I guess this confirms it lol. I called back just now and it was EZPZ

After being on hold for 25 minutes, she also hung up on me the first time. Oh well, at least I finally got my order placed.

I wonder why that lady did that. That makes us think she doesn't wanna do her job. Any way I placed my order and it should be arriving soon.

I just called and it was very quick. They already had me in their system, so the guy just confirmed that I wanted both the Blu-Ray and DVD. Should be 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Just called, no problems at all. Went like this:

-Hi, are you calling about replacement Sailor Moon discs?
>Yes
-Do you need both Blu ray and DVD?
>Yep
-Okay we need your name, address and phone number please
>Gives info
-The discs will be with you in about a week or two. Thanks, bye.

Easy as that

I don't have SMR yet, but did they say anything about sending in the original discs?

That wouldn't be an issue, but I still haven't even replaced mine for The Little Mermaid.

Nope, to my knowledge WB never asks for discs back. I got to keep my Batman discs, and they didn't ask for SMR ether.

Though I do wish they'd do online forms for returns, I hate having to do it over the phone. When I called about a replacement cover for part 1, even though I spelled my address, the guy on the phone still got it wrong and I had to call back after a few weeks and get it sent out again.

Has anyone heard viz media is making a entire online store for Nartuo? What they should do is stop focusing so much on Nartuo and fix the problems they are facing or will be facing with their sailor moon releases. Because I think we might be facing more issues with the rest of the sailor moon releases later on.

The only way I would care about that naruto store is if they pulled a dbz kai and released the series on blu ray with none of the fillers.
