Bernardo Bertolucci's "Novecento" (AKA '1900') is a masterpiece.

The 2nd half of the film threw me off, it didn't seem like it belonged. Probably because of how RLE carried the movie on his shoulders and the 2nd half didn't feature him, it was like watching MCU post-RDJ.

Get that f out of here with that shit.
Thank you for saying that. Based.

The film almost felt like it was trolling as it will show you what's going to happen a mile away, and then takes 30 minutes to get there. Filler from Lord & Miller to turn what should have been one tight movie into a bloated two film cash-grab. Who knows, L&M might snowball it onto a trilogy.

The setup with Gwen, unnecessary. The too-long chase sequence culminating with the "space train", also unnecessary. Etc.

“Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines” is a worthy entry to the franchise and an all around good movie in its own right.

I like The Departed. But I do agree that the ending is awful. A better ending would've been
[Show spoiler] have Wahlberg pick up and eat one of the bagels that Damon dropped after being shot. Then leave.

There’s never been any good Spider-Man cartoons or animated films. They alllllll suck, in varying degrees.

I don't agree but I will say the third act is exciting (because it's the first time they try something new from the first two movies) and the final image is haunting.

Somewhat perhaps although her first couple of films are good, not much need to watch more than that IMHO.

What hurt the film for me was the way, way way too obvious blood bag under Nicholson's shirt. It was so obvious that I thought it was a plot point when I first saw the film.

The first half, the way it was filmed it felt like a TV movie. But when they actually get to the military base and it all kicks off, it almost reaches the height of T2

She's a nepo baby and a hack. Never liked a single thing she directed. And while Bill Murray is always a joy to watch, Lost in Translation is insanely overrated.

The first half with the crane chase and the Cemetery assault? Surely you jest.

Speaking of comic adaptions......

Avi Arad is just Kevin Feige without the plot armour of "being a nerd" despite that he's screwed up more in the past two years than Arad did in 30 years of producing.

I’ll take everything in Phase 4 and 5 (with the exception of L&T) over Spider-Man 3. Spider-Man has got to be the most disappointed I’ve been because of the highs of Spider-Man 2.

I mean, unless you're a major Venom fan (and hate Ultimate Venom), I still stand by the fact that SM3 is still damn good. Especially the Editor's Cut, perfect case on how editing one scene can change everything.
