DHL finally came with the first 4 of the 6 movies Im getting this week. (Last 2 are coming tomorrow.) from Amazon.com

Yes. But what does TED have to do with The Hunger Games? Or as their called here Hungover Games. They just take current stuff that's out and popular. Throw it into a blender and that's basically their "script"

Yes that is the formula, but it does not make it bad.

Sure, the best parody/spoof of all time, Spaceballs, was mostly just based on one movie, but even they borrowed from a few other sci-fi's to add more substance.

I have enjoyed all of the spoof movies of the last decade, and will continue to do so

I wouldn't call the newer films spoofs. More or less I'd call them reference films. That's all they do is mention or show certain things to just show them cause their popular. Where as Spaceballs actually had it's own story while still doing what they did. But hey, don't let me stop you from liking something. I just feel the recent trend of "spoof" movies are cheapest form of movies. Not budget wise, but story wise. And thinking maybe all of 5 minutes on their "scripts"

What's the best price anybody has found Out of the Furnace for? I loved that movie (more than most, apparently) and thought it was one of the best of last year. I just don't think I wanna' spend 22$ on it.

Think about it this way, it's just a Walking Tall remake.

But in all seriousness Casey Affleck is a great actor/supporting actor imho Maybe even underrated... same with Woody Harrelson. For just those 2 reasons I think it is worth a purchase. Maybe my brother is correct and HW don't really care for EC actors when it comes to awards.
