I've only purchased once direct from FilmArena - back before they started doing the premium steels, no trouble at all. The rest of my FA collection has come from group buys. They tend to take a while for the actual product to surface but it's worth the wait in the end. OTOH, I was shocked to learn that the gb I joined for Terminator Genisys won't start shipping until February! Maybe I'm still a FA newbie but I don't think I've ever waited that long to receive a gb order.

I think it would help a little if they emailed customers letting them know about delays and why there are delays instead of putting it on there Fb page or hosts of gbs telling there customers ivy only ordered twice from filmarena and am waiting on furious 7(been in stock for a week and no movement) and John wick and like others once these are fulfilled I will have to seriously consider if it's worth a 4 month wait to get a lent and a gold coin

Would you rather just send you something they think is not up to quality just to appease the date they figured everything would be ready? They had a problem with the lenti but hey could have said all well we'll send out these bad ones just because we out it to come out on X day. Me personally if something isn't up to quality have it remade. And wait longer to get a better product. I'm pretty sure blufans have had delays also I heard there's could be months in delays as I am new to ordering from there gbs I haven't had to horrible of a wait but the forums I've read have said that's normal for them. But by all means don't order any more just leaves a better chance for others to get those copies.

Thx for replies. Jurassic world is my first order with them, i only ever get the same email from them telling me what ive ordered. i dont get notified from their facebook page either.

I ordered once. My items never came out. I asked for refund they said no and gave me credits. They said choose something else from our range. I ended up with doubles as I couldn't find anything worthwhile getting that I didn't already have.

The packaging was good and it shipped fast once they sent it.

From what I know they made the mistake of taking on too FilmArena Collection releases, so now there are is a big back order and their not getting anywhere near the release dates. I think they said there were quality issues so that's where some delay lies not sure why it's been such a big delay though with John Wick for example.

I bought a few of them before, nice quality for the price too, packed with goodies and awesome Lenti magnet. I read somewhere they plan on changing pre-orders to when they have the final steelbooks, we'll see next year.

FilmArena not a con but yes, FAC always delayed.. But their FAC really awsome product..

WWA = Worldwide Artwork. All territories will have the same artwork.

WEA = World Exclusive Artwork. A specific country/region/retailer will have artwork that is different from every other country.

Example: WWA for Mad Max: Fury Road

So i got a late xmas present today, the Ant-man steelbook but i opened it up to only find the 3D version inside, does anyone know where this is from, it contained no 2D version or even a code. Its obvious it not the BB exclusive. Thank you

hello i was just wondering if any one could help me out, question is how many thor steelbooks are they? i know theres the hmv exclusive,blufans and a zavvi exclusive i think, could anyone shed any light on this?

There are about 40 or so release, but if i remember right there is 4 art work release, the HMV style you mentioned has the most release for several countries, Blufans which is similar,and then 2 from zavvi.
