This show f#$%en sucks......she was more deserving of the judges save than Mike, easily the better singer. At least she'll still have an album.

It's amazing how everyone in there knew she should not be voted off. Not another Idol has got as much recognition when being voted off.

Wow how disappointed I am!!! I cant freakin believe this. What do people vote for?? How the heck did she get the least amount of votes??? Thats why I stop watching these shows. I wasnt as mad as I thought I would be but more disappointed!! Oh well I am sure she will be heard from again and she will be on Ellen's show tomorrow so I am recording it. About the save, Mike deserved to be saved that night. They only get one save and they use it when its needed and there was no way Mike shouldve went home that night but I do understand u about Siobhan because she is fabulous. Got Em!!

Well we both had one of favorites eliminated now

Getting eliminiated toward the end has never really been about how good you are, but how popular and how much you have built your fanbase. Cf Daughtry.

Since the beginning Siobhan was one of the best and most original, but we have already seen that originality isn't what gets you to the final in Idol.

Should have been a final Crystal vs Siobhan.
Now I can only hope for Lee, a Joe Cocker hack, to be going next or rapidly and to see a Mike vs Crystal finale.

I agree with your first two paragraphs! Siobhan was easily one of the best. And when they leave it up to America to vote they hardly get it right unfortunately. As for Lee, I disagree with u. He is great as well and has a real shot to win this thing also. But then we go back to the fanbase situation. I hope the top 3 is Lee, Mike, & Crystal. Got Em!!

I think Aaron is meh, he's had some good weeks but overall he just isn't good enough to hand with the others.


I've started liking Casey more and more as the weeks have gone bye. He's been my favorite of a particular week I think twice (this week for sure).

Oh ok. I actually liked Casey more in the beginning and middle weeks. Ive started to like him less and less although I think he is still pretty good. Got Em!!

The surprise of Siobhan leaving reminds me of Allison Iraheta getting voted off last year, except I actually liked Allison.

I still fully believe Crystal will win this year. She's been strong in every performance with a slight slip last Tuesday. She got a great personality and the "Mom" angle never hurts.

Lee will be next. He's also almost consistently strong. He also seems to follow the same sound that a majority of people like. (i.e. - Daughtry, David Cook, Kris Allen)

I'd like to say Mike will be in 3rd place. He's got a great voice and huge stage presence....or should I say the stage has huge Mike presence? Like Crystal, he's now a parent and that again possibly helps. While he is good, I don't think he'll make it all the way. Look at Rueben Studdard, I don't think people want another big black, teddy bear lookin', R&B crooner. Plus there was his save and repeated trips to the bottom 3 which automatically puts a negative connotation on his future.

Aaron will be 4th. Decent voice but his age isn't going to let him get much further in the competition. Although I could be wrong since he's probably getting all the David Archuletta votes.

Well I dont know what being big, black, & singing R&B has to do wit it, but I hope people dont think like u? This is supposed to be about who the best is and not their size, race, or music genre they sing. Anyhoo had to get that off my chest. U are probably right though as there are ignorant people who would think that way. I could careless how they look or what kind of music they sing, if they are good then they are good. I think he has a shot but he does have to bring it as now its the top 5 and its time for excellence. No holding back. Got Em!!

I hear ya. Thats why I said u are probably right and there are people who do vote based on that which is just plain silly. But what can we do right? Not everyone votes for the right reason. I say that either Lee or Crystal wins it. Preferably Lee. I wouldnt mind if Mike won either but Aaron & Casey dont stand a chance. Got Em!!

Casey - Sounds like he's singing in the wrong octave. Not good at all.

Crystal - AWESOME! (Plus she looks gorgeous!)

Mike - Pretty decent...not a fan of the hat though.

Lee - Damn good......sounded like Connick

Side note....I have no idea why they would pick Sinatra for these guys to sing. I know Sinatra was (and still is) big and all...but that just doesn't seem like the sort of music that gets sung on American Idol. My $0.02.
