Playing that Bowie really brought back some memories ...... I hadn't played that album in years
I haven't listened to my Bowie set in a while either. Do you like Prince? I have Purple Rain, but I've been thinking about getting a couple more of his albums sometime. I used to like his stuff when I was very young, but then went through my progressive rock/jazz snob period, but now I'd like to get some of his stuff.

Nope. I've tapered off on getting crazy here lately. Now I usually only do it once or twice a week. I do plan on watching a few movies here in a few though. I'm thinking maybe starting a Star Wars marathon. If you haven't seen Episode I on BD, the podrace has some of the best audio ever.

Right now im watching "The Adjustment Bureau" but later on i might try "The Pot Grazer". Yes i've heard that it has excellent AQ/VQ from multiple people here on blu.com.

Are you kidding ........... 8 Albums, 28 CD's

That's the artist I've seen most in my life live (at least 12 concerts)

The last several CD's I own have taken a decidedly jazzy turn and they are SMOKIN

Ep.I has the best audio and the video is good but a bit soft.
Ep.II has just about the same audio quality and the video is a bit sharper.
Ep.III actually has the weakest audio of the 3 new ones(listen to the bass on the lightsabers compared to the other two. Gary Rydstrom did the audio on I & II, but not III ) although not bad, but the best video quality.
All three of the old Star Wars movies have great A/V considering the time period.

I figured you might be into him, but I didn't realize how much. I saw him perform on Jimmy Fallon last night with an all girl rock band and it was pretty awesome. He did a song called "Screwdriver".

Lyrics: "I'm your driver and you're my screw" I guess he's softened a bit on the hard-core religiousness.

I love a little humor/sexuality in my music be it Parliament/ Funkadelic, Steely Dan, Frank Zappa etc. I need more than just boy meets girl stuff

I watched Black Hawk Down. I've seen it before several times, but not on my new(er) setup. It was like watching it for the first time. It's such a great movie and the A/V is great. I remember it having some famous actors, but I had no idea how many, and I'm sure I probably missed a few:
[Show spoiler]

Josh Hartnett - The Man(Sin City)
Ewan McGregor - Obi Wan Kenobi(Star Wars)
Tom Sizemore - Sergeant Horvath(Saving Private Ryan)
Eric Bana - Nero(Star Trek '09)
Ewen Bremner - Spud(Trainspotting)
Sam Shepard - Chuck Yeager(The Right Stuff)
Jeremy Piven - Ari Gold(Entourage)
Nikolaj Coster-Waldau - Jaime Lannister(Game of Thrones)
Tom Hardy - Bane(The Dark Knight Rises)
Orlando Bloom - Legolas(Lord of the Rings)
William Fichtner - Bank Manager(The Dark Knight)

Hello Factor. I slept late, so I'm just now trying to figure out the agenda for the day. Knowing me, just hanging around in here for a while then watching a movie or two.

You better start tearing through Game of Thrones. Westeros needs you!

That's sounds like my kind of Sunday I got up early and then took it seems my traditional nap on the couch to some "Miles Davis Relaxin" great album but thought I'd mix it up and this ones on cd . GoT is runner up though after I jump in the shower lol.
