Ah, ok. With that date - that's what CSR gave us. I know Daniel is still working on the release but don't know any hard dates or facts just yet.

That would be a Chloe question - there isn't an easy way to tell other than keeping track yourself or emailing us. One day we will have a better system for this.

Also, if you ordered wholesale, they ship with your next subscriber package after it's released (hence why there are no shipping charges on the wholesale page). So, that could add to any delays.

I can tell you it is the same scan/restoration but a very different approach that will fix some of those issues. We also have the B&W version which they did not have on their BD-R. We are also working on a couple different things as well but haven't announced but those won't be the only versions of the film. I hope everyone realizes that no print or restoration is going to look perfect with this film. Everything is pretty rough and far from perfect.

Malum should be shipping soon. Arrived today. Shipping delays are now killing us but zero control over that unfortunately.

Lately I've been seeking out slasher movies from the early '00s I passed over the first time around. And while I had dismissed this one as the usual Full Moon fare of the time based on the cover art, I finally checked out Jigsaw (2002) last night.

Even though Charlie Band produced this, it was filmed out in Wisconsin and has a bit of the regional charms. The slashing doesn't begin until the 50 minute mark, but I was enjoying these characters and the bar atmosphere too much to mind. I had a great time with it, and it was much better than the stuff like Totem (paired on the same DVD, I re-watched this right after and it was still dreadful) or Cut Throat that Full Moon was putting out around the same time.

So why am I bringing it up here, you ask? Turns out this was made by the Shreck guys!

Brad - with all the kung fu films you say TV is working on, do you think a separate subscription for just those films would be feasible? Or not enough to justify?
