Yes, I think a 3D holographic appearance is possible (especially as the film is in 3D).

That's an actor aping him. He died before this film was even green-lit.

He only died last year, after filming had completed. But I think if there is any appearance of his character it will be the bronze statue with a soundalike.

It's a dinosaur film. Of course you're going to show dinosaurs in the trailer. Nobody would go see Jurassic World if the trailers were just characters talking to each other.

The problem is the opposite. They have shown a lot of character moments, and they were all bad.

No, there's no truth to that. It was the director who said that this film is more of a direct sequel to the first JP in that it is the natural progression of those events a good decades later.

Then an article went up stating that Lost World and III would be ignored and everyone ran with it but no one ever said that. Those are still canon according to those close to JW's production.

So, I saw a TV spot at work for this and it shocked me.

If so, I'm in. I wasn't even remotely interested in revisiting this series but that one shot in the TV spot sealed it. I'm seeing it, day one.

It really depends. If he's been with the raptors since birth, that would explain quite a lot. Hell, there are people in this country with domesticated tigers living in their houses with them. So it's not entirely implausible, just unlikely.

I agree. We are talking about a movie where dinosaurs are brought back to life. Leeway can be given. Especially since many carnivorous animals are trained today. I think it is an interesting twist. No guarantee that it stays that way for the raptors the entire movie.

How smarter the animal is, how easier to train. They just know what they can get when they co-operate. And how more dangerous they are, in fact. Inteligent but extremely dangerous animals have been trained before, ... So, this isn't bullshit at all. I believe 'trained' is the wrong word anyway. When they listen, it's for a reason. They want something out of it ...
