AFAIK..they are just working on battery life issues at this point - Tilt+Rumble+Bluetooth requires more juice.

And it looks like rumble will be much better if those reviewers are telling it like it is..

Could you put two batteries inside the controller? One to power the controller itself and the other to power the rumble?

Besides, those controllers can be charged via the supplied USB charging cable so no problems on battery life. Yes maybe more frequent charging....but at least the charging part is easy.

Time to bring it on. :P

The only bad thing about rumble it added alot of weight to the
controller, that really wasn't necessary.

I had completely forgotten about rumble after 2 weeks.

I don't think that you can add rumble without adding weight to the controller.

Interesting article to read about. I say that if sony can do this, get the new controller out and sony fans will not be bugging sony for a controller with rumble.

Well with touchsense you don't need rumble because it's the same thing just more advanced.

I'll be very happy when I can play Shadow of the Colossus with big, ground shaking vibrations of some kind again.

And even, even happier the next game from that dev.

I actually read an article that said that the vibration from controllers is bad for your hands. I think that may be true because my hands used to hurt when I played videogames, but now that I always turn off the vibration, my hands don't hurt anymore (I'm not a button masher either).

Not surprising as power tools and "weed eaters" tend to due the same thing.
I've never had my controllers do it but the weed eater is another story.
