but for the most part, I find any restaurant food that claims it's hot...just isn't!
agree. Especially fast food/big chains. There are a few places that can make something spicy enough (then again, those places tend to know me so they make it even spicier). My theory if it does not make you sweat and nose run then there is no reason to call it spicy.

yeah, I know what you mean. The only restaurants that know how to make food spicy is a good Thai Restaurant

good Thai is good, but there are a few Korean and Mexican places here that make things nice and spicy.

To the original question, it depends what we are talking about
1) if it is a night out drinking then depending on the time it could be : poutine, souvlaki, sandwich or "breakfast"

2) if it is a BBQ/party at home, then we have what we call "second supper" which usually could include some leftovers (for example, if we had sausages, then chop some up and add some lemon, maybe make a salad…) or something fun like my special Bruschetta

3) if it is relaxing with a movie then it is popcorn no substitute will do

4) if it is munchies then popcorn, chips, fruit or ice cream.

Every night, my 4th meal is a 100% Whey Protein shake, a tea spoon of fish oil, and some sort of fruit or nuts.

My Schedule:

Breakfast: Chicken Breast, Protein Shake (sometimes with fruit), Fruit (strawberry or banana usually), a mixture of nuts, 2 Toasts with Nutella, and fish oil pill.

Brunch (while at work): A protein bar

Lunch (at work): Can of Tuna usually in a sandwich or bagel, Banana, Table spoon of olive oil.

4pm'ish: Some sort of nuts or a banana

6pm Dinner: Chicken or Red meat, salad, and creatine drink

7pm to 8:15 pm: Work out

Right after workout .... Protein Shake (sometimes with fruit)

10:00 pm: Protein Shake, fish oil, fruit or nuts

Been doing this since late February. Gained about 25 lbs so far. Work out 3-4 times a week.

Late night is usually chocolate. I'll have a few of those dark chocolate squares and a glass of milk.
