By "display" do you mean keeping them on shelves or racks? If so, I still do. I don't show off to my friends, per se, but I sure do want my things look nice and neat.

I still have my dvd's and they are in my built in movie storage. I still actually purchase a few every now and then. My dvd's will be around for quite some time, as long as blu-ray players are around, I have a pretty good up converter to my TV.
