Pretty crazy film.

[Show spoiler]The movie is well-made, pretty good performances, no complaints in that department. JT was especially good, I wonder if the Christian Slater vibe was intentional? Or maybe he just looked a bit like him, receding hairline and all. A very original and messed-up storyline. The failed abduction scene at the gas station was great - I didn't see that coming! The movie leaves some things unexplained and it made me think after it was over - first, the obvious...where did deadgirl come from? What became of John the boyfriend, did he wake up in the morgue? The redhead, at the end - if she was stabbed by JT (that's what she said, right? "He stabbed me" ?), how did she become a deadgirl? Or did she at all? The blank stare and lack of screaming, and the fact that she was alive at all (kinda) made me think she did. JT was bitten, he must have "turned", where is he? Lots of questions, but nothing wrong with that.

I just had this as a recommendation on Netflix today, and was intrigued. Good to know others enjoyed it. I'll have to check it out.

Watched it last night, pretty good. Definitely head and shoulders above the usual horror movie fare. I enjoyed it, though I don't think it has any replay value for me.
