What I recommend are tactile actuators by Crowson Technology. I still haven't seen them in any other members' set ups, but I own a set of them and I have enjoyed them since I got them almost four years ago.

Are they pricey? Yes, but they are worth every penny. Seriously. Look them up online and read the reviews. If you have the money, go for it.

I saw those but I'm looking to spend less than $100. I think that the transducer I'm looking at is going to be very satisfying. It was compared to Butt-kickers and was said to have been much more musical and intelligible. It makes sense since it is full range from 15hz to 17khz.

I bought a second PS3 for our bedroom and a KDL-32XBR9 and jokingly told my wife I should bring the buttkicker and attach it to the bed..Then I saw this post. Have you looked into the Buttkicker BKA300 wireless? It is very portable and can be setup in about 15 minutes. I bought it to move between my couch and gaming chair (takes about 2min to move/setup). The cheapest I have seen it run is about $299 but might be something to consider if you decide to upgrade later. My concern with moving it to the bed is how the vibration will pass through the mattress, maybe I should try it since its wireless?

Excellent find DK!! - are you going to get one? For that price, I might just buy one & give it a shot. Nice!

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm going to get it. I'll probably have it ordered by tomorrow.

Anyone interested in learning more about the transducers should read this. Here are the specifications and here are the mounting instructions.

I was Going to post that info, but I read it all anyway. Looks like a very cool addition to ones' HT at a very affordable price.

I use an Auro Pro bass shaker where i sit and it works excellent. I use a cheap subwoofer amp to power it and the volume for the sub amp is never past half, and it works alright with music too. The aura rocks my world .

Default Which ones better?

Which do you think would be better? Two Aura Bass Pros or One Clark Synthesis TST209??? and powered by this Dayton SA70 70W Amp..... http://www.parts-express.com/pe/show...number=300-784
Trying to acquire that deep feeling in my bass...with the two subs I have..I get a nice sound out of them, But, my concrete slab for a floor carry's no vibrations.
So I figure these would do the trick...just wondering which one would do it better for the money..since I'm on a tight budget.

Definitely the Clark Synthesis. I think one has about the equivalent shaking power of ten Aura Shakers.

Has anyone heard that I-Beam transducer?

Or maybe felt would be more appropriate?
