agree with everyone here, brilliant show, definitely check out the episode where Moss mods Roy's phone because it has a weak vibration, so funny!

And Black Books is absolutely genius, Bill Bailey and Dylan Moran is a fantastic combo!

Didn't think much of this show after the first two episodes of season 1, still trying to give it a chance though. Watched episode 3 tonight, the one with "chocolate on the forehead" before coming in to work and in IMO it was much better than the previous episodes - so I guess I'll watch a few more...

If you are a Netflix subscriber they have seasons 1 - 3 available for instant play. There was also an american version pilot shot a few years ago. It had the same guy who plays Moss in it and Joel McHale was going to play the part of Roy. It didn't get picked up of course and Joel McHale got cast in Community

I saw all the newest season episodes online. It started out a little slow but really picks up. The one where Moss is on the game show is classic.

I really enjoyed the newest season, the bomb threat and Moss' game show were hilarious.

Wasn't it shot on video? PAL format DVDs may be as high-res as we can get.

Has anyone imported the UK dvds?

The IT Crowd To Return For One More Episode, Filming In The Next Few Weeks
Quote:

The IT Crowd is set to return later this year for one last time.

Series creator and writer of the Channel 4 sitcom set in a company’s IT department, Graham Linehan just announced during an IT Crowd Q&A at German conference re: publica that the long-teased special, which he has previously stated will serve as the finale to the series, will be filmed in three weeks’ time.

The script for the forty-minute special was written over a year ago, but the actors, including Richard Ayoade, Katherine Parkinson, Chris O’Dowd and Matt Berry, have been too busy with other filming commitments – and in one case a pregnancy – to work on it until now.

In the meantime Linehan also announced that his new TV sitcom Count Arthur Strong, based on the character that has been appearing in Radio 4 sitcoms for a few years, is expected to be broadcast on BBC Two in June. It was filmed in January, so that might give you an idea of when the IT Crowd special will be broadcast…

I went to the tapings of the final episodes of series 3 and 4.
Filmed at Pinewood, could see the 007 soundstage as they were escorting us to the studio.
We actually got to see two other episodes too as prior to the taping they screened a completed episode to tape the laughter.
The bloke from the video shop in the Doctor Who episode featuring the weeping angels was the warm up guy,and spoke inbetween the tape set ups.
Going to try to get tickets for this!!!

It's finally happening!?

Wish I could fly out there for the taping(if only my health wasn't so bad, ugh!)... it's my favorite TV show.

I've always wondered if they'd do a final episode to wrap things up now that they're all doing other things. Can't wait.
