I remember seeing this in the theater with a packed house. I was in high school at the time. The scene with the hand popping up out of the ground was pretty shocking. The lady next to me screamed and her popcorn flew all over the place. It was a pretty fun movie. I can't wait until mine shows up. As everyone else has said the original DVD release is almost unwatchable. I still have the Laserdisc. I don't think I will get rid of it as it has the same cover poster art. It is one of the most memorable from the 80s.

I love Creepshow. I watched it for the first time when I was very young, and I just happened to start watching when The Crate began. It really scared the crap out of me. Seriously.

And after seeing Leslie Nelson bury people in the sand and letting them drown... I haven't look at him the same since.

If you haven't seen Creepshow 3, I would say you are blessed. Try and sit through it if you can, but it will eat away at you just knowing you'll never get those 90 minutes of your life back. Second worst movie I've seen since Ankle Biters.

Yeah Creepshow 3 is one of the worst Ive ever seen too.....I rank it up there with Strange Wilderness.

Well I dont understand why none of the stores in my area has it? I tryed to find it and no luck.

just reading everybody's posts..Yup I'll definitely pick this one up if it's Good as the second Movie of creepshow.

On Part 2,The Raft was my favorite part of the movie,it was just so creepy like Jaw's in a way Looking out for the black blob that will attack you at the lake!

movies like this and the thing make me happy to have a blu ray player. creepshow is a must buy, and please god do NOT watch the 3rd one. i'd rather make out with my cousin...

on another note - i've honestly stopped going to walmart, best buy for blu rays. 90% of the time i can find it cheaper on

Finally got a chance to watch this and must say the transfer was great. LOVE this movie, still holds up well, and it's even better in hi-def. "If you can hold your breath..."
