"trophies will not sync" wtf?!? - Page 2 - Blu-ray Forum

I had that happen one time...i signed in...went to trophies and nothing happend then a error came up...i just turned off my ps3 then came back later signed in and it worked..think it had something to do with the connection maybe? Works fine now ever since...Try that hope it works out.

Thanks for your replies..But I have been trying for the past 30 min same error..Hopefully its a server error??..Should I try during a non peak time?

Late to the party, but this has been happening to me for over a week. I don't have MW2. Usually, if I keep trying, it will eventually work.

I had this issue several times on Sunday and Monday. Yesterday, it was working perfectly. I hope that the issue is resolved soon though. I've finally gotten back into collecting trophies.

I think I may have lost some of my trophies. I keep trying to sync to the server but error keeps showing up.

I always have to try like 3 or 4 times before my trophies will sync.

Well its been 3 weeks now since i was last able to sync my trophies!

ive been playing Demons Souls and ive earned plenty trophies through 55 hours gameplay, a lot of sweat and tears! i would hate to lose any trophies

. sort it out sony!

I just got a PS3 slim & I'm trying to sync all my trophies but still keeps getting stuck at 10%.

it happens alot. eventually it will work. i was in a panic for awhile too when mine didn't work along time ago.

Yeah, I freaked out when it happen to me. I have had my PS3 for 25mnths now and the first time this happened was when I took out Call of Duty MW2 after earning my first few trophies. It kept stopping on 46% and then I got an error code. I tried like 5x's and it eventually went through and haven't had it happen since.

Looks like theres going to be PSN maintenance dec 10. Im going to contact Sony they might not see it as a big problem but if i were to lose my Demons souls trophies.....Heads will roll!

How is it getting worse? you mean its taking longer to sync? My trophies havent synced for over 3 weeks

I've noticed an increase in the trophies not synching issue almost triple-fold since MW2 came out-both personally and across the PS3 forums I go on. Whether its coincidental or not, its very clearly an issue and has been growing ever since then. At this point, its having to synch up maybe 2-3 times that I have to do to get it straightened out but this wasn't the norm before MW2, nowhere near.

As has already been mentioned here, we must do our part and contact Sony in regards to this just so it can be shown that there is very clearly an issue that needs to be addressed.

It was taking me 2 or 3 tries to sync. Yesterday it was taking 7 or 8. Now it's not syncing at all!

Yeah, it's not working for me anymore. It gets as far as 13% but that's it.

I read on a forum that Sony will schedule a maintance on Dec. 10 for this issue and that the fix will be permanent....we'll see I guess.
