The German release of 'Casino Royale' is also cut. In the uncut version during the Miami Airport sequence there is a moment when the bomb planter snaps a guys neck - this is missing in the German Blu-ray. I know because i had the misfortune to import it before realising I got rid of it and got the uncut Aussie collector's edition.
This site also mentions a few other cuts in the German version -
http://www.movie-censorship.com/report.php?ID=4011

I have compared the U.K dvd of 'Quatum of Solace' (my brothers) to my French blu-ray. I've read on forums (possible Bullsh!t) that cuts were made during the attempted rape sequence towards the end, and the fight between Bond and the main baddie - The U.K and French releases are exactly the same in those scenes. And the U.S Blu-ray has exactly the same run time as the French one (I checked out the U.S BD review on dvdbeaver and the French BD is the same). I would imagine the same cut was released throughout the world .

Those cuts are barely noticeable. I was hoping for titty shots of Eva Green's fine breasts.

I am looking to purchase an uncut release of Casino Royale, and would like to know which release every suggests? It doesn't have to be the deluxe edition, I just desire the uncut version of Casino Royale in general. I have a Region A/B player, so a certain release being Region locked does not matter. Thanks guys.

Well thanks to some nice posters here the ones I know of that are uncut are,

Aus - Belgian - Dutch - French.

Now If the deluxe editions are uncut than the previous bluray should be aswell, and as was previously posted its probably cheaper too. Me personally I wanted it uncut on the best bluray possible so I opted for the deluxe, it all depends on what you want to spend.

So basically you're saying that both Australian releases are the uncut version of the film? (The initial release and the collector's release)

I've been interested in getting the Deluxe Edition Australian version but, given its absence from any online retailer or even (as of today) eBay, it got me to thinking: is there anything unique to that edition (other than the uncut version of the film) over and above the U.S. 2-disc release? In other words, could someone "jerry-rig" the exact contents of the Australian DE by getting both the standard single-disc Australian BD release (for the uncut film) and the U.S. Collector's Edition (for the bonus features)?

Just to revive this...

Are the menu's on the Dutch and French releases in Dutch and French or are they still in English.

Just wondering so I know whether I will be able to understand them!

Was hoping to get the Deluxe version with the special digipack packaging (not Amaray case) and I wonder if that means the only version for me would be the French?

I can tell you that the original Dutch release that I had,(sold it for the Australian Deluxe Edition), definitely had English menus.

Thanks Sky_Captain! I am actually looking for the Aussie 2 disc now - do you know if that has digipack packaging?

It's an Australian (thicker) amaray case inside a cardboard slipcase.

Sounds cool! I guess the only other digipack (other than the UK) seems to be the French first pressing of the deluxe set.

I am shocked that the Aussie one was in print for just a couple of months!

If anyone is interested, I have 2 copies of the OOP Aussie deluxe slipcase. I ordered twice as I wanted to be sure that at least one of them was the uncut, M rated one and I ended up with 2!

Anyway - both are mint. Will happily sell one - comes with slipcase and completely mint. PM me for pics.

Looking for £40 shipped as that is what I paid after international shipping and tax.

Hey - yup!

In fact one copy was found in New Zealand and one in Australia. One was £39.68 delivered and the other (NZ one actually) was £41.37 so appx £40 each.

The single disc version is still available but even that one is costly.

I had to get a used copy off eBay.com.au

I'm wondering if someone can actually confirm the uncut version is on the Aussie DE because the disc says the feature length is 144:22, and I thought the uncut version was 144:36 at 24fps. I'm too lazy to check my as-yet-unwatched copy.

I can confirm it is uncut. I would guess maybe a logo was or was not included in either of those runtimes.

Sh*t, mine only cost £16 inc shipping when it was released. Didn't realize it went out of print. I actually got hold of the UK packaging and transfered it into that. I threw away the specs sheet, so no BBFC logos anywhere on it.
