yeah that was waaaaaaaaay better than oh shutter island... i dont know if you can call that a twist... they were slapping your face with it from the beginning (and kinda messed up with the reveal too but thats for the shutter island thread)

I would have to go with Saw or Identity as being the best. As for what's on the list, I would have to go with Fight Club probably. I'm one of those people that doesn't normally take guesses at what will happen in a movie, but I saw the twist in Shutter Island a mile away.

And there was a twist in Signs? Did I miss something?

Usual Suspects and The Sixth Sense should be the top 2 but I went with the master himself Alferd Hitchcock with Psycho

Suprised Psycho doesn't have more.

It's really hard to distinguish between most of these, but I remember being most blown away by Sixth Sense and The Usual Suspects.

From those that aren't listed, the first couple of Saws threw me for loop. But, what about Oldboy? That was a pretty twisted "twist".
