So my wife changed the clocks when we got home Saturday night but then when I woke up Sunday I changed them again lol.

I don't have a problem with daylight savings time. I pretty much can adjust to the change immediately. I went to bed about my normal time last night and didn't have a problem getting to sleep or getting up this morning. I'm all for maximum sunshine during the day so this works for me.

Same here, although it does take me a few days to make the adjustment. My one year old, this morning, on the other hand.

It was a difficult morning...

daylights savings is a whole different thing with kids, especially new borns. you get them on a schedule..and bam..they f it all up!

I wish I lived in Arizona for this reason! My body hates trying to switch whether its falling back an hour or jumping ahead. It's more-so the jumping ahead seeing as we lose an hour of sleep.

The thing I'm not looking forward to is, I am working on Sunday when this happens since I work overnights. Therefore I have 1 extra hour I have to stay there for...

no extra sleep for me, this means my 15 month old daughter will be up @ 630am instead of 730am

i hate when it gets dark early. summertime when the sun goes down @ 830-9pm = my favorite time of the year.
my favorite time of the day is 1 hour before the sun goes down......take the caddy out, ride to some music and enjoy the atmosphere

Here in the UK, we had our DST last weekend. It was awesome to get the extra hour to watch BDs and stuff.

I thought the most recent change to the daylight saving time was in order to allow companies who have people working outside e.g. construction, to work more hours because there is an extra hour of sun to continue working in the afternoon. It was also favoured by retail as more sun in the afternoon means more people out and about shopping.

DEFINITELY helps me as I'm working the late shift Saturday night and the early shift on Sunday.

I'm just the opposite. I hate the sun setting so late. I have to be up early in the morning, which means early to bed, and during the summer it is still hot as hades when I go to be beacuse of the late sun set.

Daylight savings in general is a waste of time (ironic, huh). It takes people a few days (myself included) to adjust to it.

Doesn't take that long for me to adjust to it but I also agree it's a waste of time, the entire country should just be like Arizona and not have DST.
