If you live in North America and some other countries, you will become an hour older on Sunday, March 14, 2010.

I hate when we have to change the clocks. It takes the average person 2 weeks to adjust with the time changes.

I hate this crap. Is there really a need for this any more? I would love to see daylight savings time done away with altogether.

More precisely blame George Vernon Hudson for actually coming up with DST. Damn him! I'm off to sleep now.

You do realize it stills saves some energy by going to daylight savings time. Which is why we move the time even earlier than just afew years ago.

It is true that modern Daylight Saving is credited to Gerge Vernon Hudson, but some of the original ideas came from good old Benjamin. He was trying to save candles.

I saved a ton of candles this year! Yeah me!

I just realized that I need to change the clocks on my thermostats though, since I have them running on programs....... no wonder it felt so cold this morning!

It's been confirmed that energy use actually goes up...more people driving to places in the afternoon daylight.
