I'm a brand new Blu-Ray adopter myself and so far the absolute WOW titles have been Casino Royale, Planet Earth and the 5th Element Remaster.

It's funny, but when I got into this, it was all about the movies. I didn't even think about things like nature documentaries. Then I got Planet Earth and it's just STUNNING. I want it playing all the time in the background, like some kind of giant window of the world. I can't wait for more Hi-Def BBC titles to come out.

Wink

Someone needs to include The Patriot in there - I hope Black Hawk Down has been mentioned, too...

Don't forget Snow Dogs, I may be biased because I have a Husky and love them. The dogs look great and all of the outdoor scenes are just stunning. A must see and own.

Pirates of the Caribbean 2 is a must have. Even if you don't like it .

I also recommend Ratatouille, which is one of the best animated movies ever made.
