We can still kick anyone's butt. (I wonder if this is what the Brits said 1-2 hundred years ago.)

No dude, that means CAD is almost at par but still a fraction of a cent lower.

If it hit 1USD = 0.9973 CAD, then CAD would be worth more because then 1 grand USD would be only worth 997 Canadian dollars and 30 cents.

Around 11 am PST, the USD did go below 99 cents Canadian briefly.

In the War of 1812, the Brits living in Canada went down to Washington DC and burned down the Whitehouse. That was the first war the US lost.

In the end, the British retreated back to north of the border because they did not have the logistics to fight a drawn out battle.

I'm from Toronto and I've always been ordering from Amazon.Com. BB and Futureshop here is always too expensive, and I can never find anything at WalMart because of how they set it up. Id litterally have to remove them one by one to see whats behind the other.

Some people say they get charged with customs fees from Amazon.Com, but I never have thankfully. Since last week I've ordered 15 Blu Rays. My wallet is getting lighter haha

Go Canada and Go Blu Ray ! haha

I didn't realize how expensive things are in Canada. I think it's time for a Canadian mass exodus into the US to buy electronics cheap.
