Yes, actually. She called me last night about it and Warner Brothers offered to replace it. I tried that number you posted and they re-directed me to this phone number:

818-954-6000

I think it's their home video department, but I'm not sure. For future reference though, this could be handy! I'm happy they are going to replace it, Planet Earth isn't exactly the cheapest Blu Ray set you can buy!
